Returns and Exchange Policy

Our refund or exchange policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.We gladly accept exchanges of non-personalized products, within 30 days of receipt. Return shipping is at the cost of the customer.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Items that have errors due to a mistake in ordering on the customer’s part will not be accepted for refund or exchange.
There are restrictions for refund or exchanges listed here. We do not accept returns for any personalized gifts, whether purchased by you or someone else unless the error was on the part of ten8engraving. You, or the person ordering the item, will be offered a PDF of the final product file’s wording and images(s) before we start engraving your purchase. We are not responsible for any error made in spelling submitted by the customer. Please confirm the spelling on your item(s) before you actually place your order and also on the final PDF we send you. It is your responsibility to check the final PDF and approve it before we will move on to the engraving process.
Personalized items may only be exchanged if they are defective upon receipt, or if we have made an error in spelling or product.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the base manufacturer.
